Hampshire Sheen’s Danish Oil is food safe and compliant to EN71 toy safe when dry. Thinner, more penetrating and less smelly that other Danish Oils, our product contains only pure Tung Oil and no artificial varnish, resins or other vegetable oils. The solvent used to aid drying is dearomatised white spirit, which is less irritating to skin and lower in odour than traditional white spirit, and is completely biodegradable. Easy to apply; more than 50% Tung Oil; Food and Toy Safe (and odourless) when dry; Deeply penetrating and protecting: Will not chip, flake or peel; Naturally water-resistant. Supplied in 500ml lacquered tin cone bottles and double sealed.

Superior Danish Oil is a blend of pure, high quality tung oil and natural oils that feed, enhance and protect hard and soft woods. It is a penetrating oil, which brings out the natural grain of the timber and provides a satin to gloss sheen. With added UV filters to help prevent discolouration from the sun, and water, heat and alcohol resistant, it is suitable for both interior and exterior use. It is safe for use on toys.

Finishing Oil is a blend of high quality oils for use on all interior wood, turned woodwork and wooden toys. Used to nourish and enhance the colour of the wood, it is suitable for use on work tops, kitchen tables and bathroom furniture, and can also be applied to cork, stone and terracotta. Water, heat, alcohol and food acid resistant, it gives a matt, satin or gloss finish depending upon the number of coats applied. Ideal for surfaces requiring a hard wearing and water-resistant finish, it is safe for use on toys.
